eChain Technology Rates and Prices - Free!

Our rates are an integral part of our overall value proposition and philosophy. We price our services at an average discount of 20-40% of the current market rates from the large consulting and services companies. We then provide you with superior resources, superior approach, and superior execution so that your investment could be returned to you within one year of go-live!

We are very confident in our ability to understand your business needs, and present you with a solution, timeframe and reasonable price to deliver your solution. We support multiple engagement and invoicing approaches to best meet your budget and need. We support incremental staffing engagements, fixed bid, less than full time staffing, retainer-based, performance-based, and full-time FTE T&E.

Incremental Staffing: Typically in a sub-contract capacity where we are sub to a prime vendor on a large engagement. These engagements typically run three months to a year for one or more consultants.

Fixed Bid: Typically for an entire project beginning with needs assessment and solution design through delivery. Where we have the ability to control the staffing and execute the plan, we have confidence in our ability to successfully fix bid a project.

Less than Full time: You may need a consultant for only 50 hours to perform a requirements and needs assessment. You may need a part-time engagement manager to support your ERP implementation. Either way, we are glad to support your project needs.

Retainer: When you need a seasoned consultant to be flexible and available for roughly a certain percentage of full time, you may be interested in our retainer-based service. Do you need roughly 25% of an engagement manager? If you need to fix your monthly expenditure on consulting, but need flexibility for your engagement, ask us about a retainer-based fee structure.

Performance: Is delivering on-time and on-budget something that you would be interested in? Let us know and we would be glad to discuss how we can meet your deadline.

Full-Time FTE T&E: This is the most traditional approach. Full-time consultants committed to your project, invoiced for time worked with a target of a 40-hour week. We will work with you if at all possible to find you local resources, or work remotely when possible to reduce expenses, but will gladly put the right resources at your location to successfully deliver your project.
